Whether you're introducing new supplements to your daily routine or simplifying it by removing items you no longer use, this guide offers a clear path for making those updates efficiently through the Lifeforce portal.

Access Your Account

  • To begin, sign into your Lifeforce account. Select the 'Orders & Subscriptions' tab to start updating your subscription.

Add Products

  • Navigate to the product section.
  • Select the items you wish to incorporate and purchase within your portal to enhance your wellness routine.

Remove Products

If certain items in your subscription no longer align with your health goals:

  • Identify the product you intend to remove from your list of subscriptions found in the ‘Order & Subscriptions’ section of your portal.

  • Select ‘Cancel’ next to the product you wish to remove from your subscriptions.

Skip Shipments

You can skip the shipment of any single supplement product through the portal in your ‘Orders & Subscriptions’ section.

  • Navigate to the subscription you want to skip and choose ‘Skip This Order’. That specific subscription’s delivery date will then be updated to renew 30 days later.
