When can I Expect Insights from my Results?

As soon as your results are available (typically within 10-14 business days), a clinician gets to work analyzing your results to provide you with an initial report of their findings, which we refer to as the Diagnostic Report. This guide outlines the details of what to expect, including when this report will become available in your portal.

The Process

Clinician Review

Upon receipt of your results, a Lifeforce clinician will review your data. It's during this phase that your health data is converted into meaningful, actionable insights. The clinician formulates initial recommendations, laying the groundwork for your customized health plan, including the information that will be covered in your telehealth appointment.

Accessing Your Report

Following clinical review, you’ll receive an email notifying you that your diagnostic report is available in your member portal. This report offers an understanding of your health status, enriched with professional insights tailored specifically for you.

Scheduling Your Telehealth Appointment

With your diagnostic report in hand, the next step is to explore your results as well as the clinician's recommendations. Lifeforce streamlines this process by enabling you to book a Telehealth consultation through our portal. This meeting is a crucial opportunity to discuss your health strategy and clarify any questions you may have.

Your diagnostic report is one of your first key insights into your existing overall health, as measured by your unique biomarkers. Our commitment is to utilize this time effectively to compile a report that not only outlines your lab results but also includes a clinician’s specialized recommendations designed for your unique health needs. Stay alert for updates via your portal, and prepare for an in-depth telehealth session to delve deeper into your health insights.
