At Lifeforce, we are committed to delivering high-quality health optimization services to our members. However, we currently do not offer our membership or diagnostic services to individuals under the age of 18.
Age Requirement for Membership
Our products and services — including blood testing, clinical assessments, and health optimization programs — are designed for adults 18 years and older. To create a Lifeforce account and become a member, you must be at least 18 years old. This requirement is in place due to medical, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
What If a Parent or Guardian Wants to Enroll a Minor?
While our Terms of Use allow for the creation of a Lifeforce account by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor, this exception does not apply to our Diagnostic and Membership offerings. These core services are restricted to individuals 18 and older, regardless of who creates the account.
At this time, minors cannot access or benefit from a Lifeforce membership.
